Our systematic optimization of cell design and electrical components utilizes high-strength aluminum alloys and plastics. Combined with CAE structural simulation, we reduce volume and weight while ensuring maximum structural strength. Standardized modules (12V-72V) offer excellent scalability to shorten design cycles.
Advanced CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and CAE simulation are used for thermal management. We implement air cooling, liquid cooling, and various heating systems (PI film/silica gel) to ensure batteries operate within optimal temperature ranges.
Through our dedicated laboratory, we conduct full DV/PV (Design Verification/Production Verification) stages. Testing includes temperature cycling, mechanical stress, electrical safety, and abuse testing to guarantee performance and reliability.
