We systematically optimize the cell design and electrical component selection. We select the lightest steel/aluminum alloy and high-strength plastics, battery box, and pack structure to reduce volume and weight, combined with CAE structural simulation analysis to ensure strength and improve energy density.
Our experienced BMS development team provides units using passive balance by default. Active balance can be selected to modify parameters on-site, such as CAN/RS485 communication protocols, and threshold parameters for over/under voltage, high current, and temperature protection.
Equipped with CFD simulation (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and CAE simulation capabilities, we perform thermal and structural mechanics simulation design. Options include air cooling, liquid heat/cooling systems, and PI film or silica gel film heating.
Design and production are verified in specialized battery test laboratories (DV / PV stages). Tests include temperature, mechanical, external environment simulation, electrical safety, battery performance, and abuse tests.
Since 2011, the focus has been on one-stop customization of lithium battery products for electric vehicles, large energy storage, smart home storage, and high-end electric motorcycles. With more than 30 types of cells, OEM battery packs range from 12V-800V and 10-200Ah.
