Systematically optimizes the cell design and electrical component selection. We select the lightest steel/aluminum alloy and high-strength plastics, battery box and pack structure to reduce the volume and weight of the battery system combined with CAE structural simulation analysis to ensure structural strength and improve energy density.
Standardized cells and BMS are used to build 12V / 24V / 48V / 72V battery modules. It can meet different requirements with its excellent scalability to shorten the pack design cycle.
Experienced BMS development team. Our BMS uses passive balance by default. Active balance can be selected which can modify BMS parameters on site according to the actual application, such as CAN/RS485 communication protocol, and protection thresholds for voltage, current, and temperature.
Capabilities include CFD simulation (Computational Fluid Dynamics) and CAE simulation (Computer Aided Engineering). Design includes thermal management and structural mechanics for the pack system. Air cooling, liquid heat/cooling systems, PI film heating, and silica gel film heating are utilized.
Battery DV / PV (design verification/production verification) stages are verified in the laboratory. Tests include temperature, mechanical, external environment simulation, electrical safety, performance, and abuse testing.
Since 2011, focus has been on one-stop customization of lithium battery products such as electric vehicle batteries, large energy storage batteries, smart home storage batteries, and high-end electric motorcycle batteries.
With more than 30 types of cells, OEM battery packs can be made from 12v-800v, 10-200ah, used in electric vehicles, E-bikes, UPS, energy storage systems, telecommunication base stations, E-scooters, golf carts, forklifts, and more.
