Multi-Cavity Plate Fin Stamping Die for Parallel Production of Cooling Fin Packs


This revolutionary tooling system integrates patented S-Turbulator™ rib technology to manufacture self-locking corrugated fins through continuous progressive stamping, achieving 30% faster assembly of high-density fin packs for aluminum heat exchangers. Engineered for 0.08-0.3mm AA4343 alloy with ±0.01mm laser-guided precision at 300 strokes/minute.
The die incorporates hybrid fin geometries (Hex-cell/Wave-louver) to optimize thermal turbulence while delivering brazing-ready mirror surfaces (Ra≤0.2μm). Featuring cryogenically-hardened tooling with >100M stroke durability, it serves applications including turbo oil coolers, EV battery thermal stacks, and marine intercoolers.
