1. What's the multilayer pipe?
Multilayer Pipe (MLCP) is a composite pipe consisting of five layers. The inner and outer layers are made of PEX/PERT (or HDPE), with an aluminum core in the middle, welded using seamless laser or overlap technology. A special adhesive bonds the layers together.

3. Standards
Our pipes are manufactured to GB/T18997 standards and conform to ASTM F 1281/1282 and EN ISO 21003.
4. Welding Technology
Overlap welding uses ultrasonic technology, while Butt welding (Seamless Butt Laser Welding) is considered more stable. Laser welded pipes are less likely to crack when rounded or beveled.
