■ What is Multilayer Pipe (MLCP)?
Multilayer Pipe, or composite pipe, features a five-layer structure. The inner and outer layers are made of PEX, PERT, or HDPE, while the middle layer is an aluminum core. This core is joined using seamless laser welding or overlap welding technology, bonded by a special adhesive for superior strength.

Welding Technologies:
1. Overlap Welding: Ultrasonic type welding where aluminum layers overlap.
2. Butt Welding: Seamless laser welding providing a more stable joint, ensuring the pipe does not crack when rounded or beveled by a reamer.
