Question 1: Can you make OEM or ODM products?
Yes, if the quantity is attractive enough, we can create new molds for you, including body casting with your logo and nameplate. For smaller quantities, we can provide customized nameplates or labels.
Question 2: How long is your delivery time?
Generally, for regular products in stock, delivery is 1-2 weeks. If items are out of stock, it typically takes 4-8 weeks depending on the product category.
Question 3: Do you provide free samples?
If samples are available in stock, yes, we can offer them for free. However, the air freight or courier costs will be on your account.
Question 4: What are your payment terms?
For order values less than 20,000 USD, 100% advance payment is required. For orders over 20,000 USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. L/C is also available.
Question 5: What quality certifications do your products hold?
Our products are manufactured under strict quality standards and hold IATF16949, CE, and CCC certifications.
