Question 1: Can you make OEM or ODM product?
Yes, if the quantity is attractive enough, we can create new moulds for you and include bodies casting with your logo and nameplate. For smaller quantities, we provide custom nameplates or labels.
Question 2: How long is your delivery time?
We maintain stock for regular products, allowing for 1-2 week delivery. If items are not in stock, delivery typically takes 4-8 weeks depending on the product category.
Question 3: Do you provide free samples?
If samples are available in stock, we can offer them free of charge. However, the courier or air freight costs will be charged to your account.
Question 4: What are your payment terms?
For orders under 20,000 USD, 100% advance payment is required. For orders over 20,000 USD, terms are 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. L/C is also available.
Question 5: What quality certifications do your products hold?
Our products are manufactured under strict SOP processing and are certified by IATF16949, CE, and CCC to ensure the highest international quality standards.
